It did what it was supposed to do. I spent quite some time comparing prices and reviews of ALL the similar looking curtain ties as well as some others on Amazon and these are the best value for money.Even so, you still would not be short changing yourself if you buy these because the colors are absolutely beautiful and like I said- they work! Now here's me dreaming: I wished the magnet was stronger just so it would still work between say 6 folds of my curtains but realistically that would be me saying I want it to still magnetize through 6 thick layers of cloth. That may certainly be me asking for way too much especially considering the price. They do work through say about 3 layers, though so you can still play with how you want to use them other than wrapping them completely around the curtains. (I was initially going for a partial wrap - say half way around with one of the pearl ball being visible in the front while the other hidden behind one of the curtain folds.)Go ahead and purchase these- they're worth it!
