SERVICE: Easy install, all mounting kits, instructions are included in the package. The remote be basically programmed before ship. Yoolax offers a 2-year warranty on motors and controls. Any damage or failure of motors or controls happens in the first 2 years, we provide repair or replacement free of charge.
Installation was simple and easy. After install, when connecting to the wifi adapter, motor made a electric whining noise. I contacted the manufacturer and they shipped me a replacement motor along with instructions and a return label for returning the part. Good communication will order from them again.Installation was easy. The blinds look good. Just as expected. Customer service was superb. Quick response and very helpful.We converted the hardwire option to the battery operated system and the conversion was very easy. Yoolax has great videos to help with the process. We are having a bit of an issue with connecting to Alexa. We bought the Bond hub and it worked once - but we haven’t figured out how to get it to work again.The blinds work great - love the remote. Would highly recommend Yoolax. I think the Alexa issue is an user error!This curtain is very accurately made. Installthe 2 or 3 hangars, plug into the wall and set the endpoints of the curtain. Blocks 99.9% of light with leaking from the sides. I’ll continue to order these until something else pops up.I love these blinds. I bought two of them because I have a sofa bed in my living room and wanted a way to block the light from the windows in the morning. They do a good job of it and also look fantastic.Very impressive shades. Love the color and very easy installment.Picked these because they work (indirectly) with Alex and because they plug in directly (not a battery that needs to be charged) They were easy to install and look great. Adjusting the top and bottom stop positions is a lesson in patience but eventually works. Do this with the remote. Then you will install the tuyasmart app and add shades to that. Then allow Alexa to access that app. The app itself is horrible but you dont have to use it ones your done. Tell Alexa to turn them OFF to close them and ON to open them. I created an Alexa Routine to to open both of them with one command and use a more logical command name. These shades are a little noisy when going up and done. Overall very happy with themIve had theses blinds for 2 months. After many exchanges with CS, we solved the problem. The stops would not set. The issue is that you have to rapidly push buttons. Absolutely no delay at all. The blinds look great and work great!
