The white works perfectly with my room decor. The curtain panel does a good job of diffusing the light that comes through it without being completely opaque or too sheer. I'm using this in my craft room where I need natural light without have the sun damage my craft supplies. I'm glad I found this and I've already purchased another couple of panels for other windows.
